Your feet on the ground, wherever you sit. The Luvia Ground Complete Set puts grounding within reach — at your desk, by your bed, under the table — with everything you need in one gift-ready package: the grounding mat, the cord, the tester pen, the carry pouch, and the 7 Chakra bracelet.

The mat is 24 x 16 inches of PU conductive leather with a rubber base, made to sit flat under your desk or under your feet. Snap on the cord, plug into the ground pin of a standard outlet, and you are grounded. No power runs through the mat or the cord — the ground pin is the whole job.

How to use — directions

Set it up once, then use it every day:

  1. Connect. Snap the 15-ft cord onto the metal snap on the mat.
  2. Plug in. Plug the cord into the ground pin of a standard outlet only. No power runs through the cord or the mat.
  3. Test. Touch the tester pen to the mat and check your setup before you settle in, following the user guide in your kit. If it does not test grounded, check the plug — do not force it.
  4. Place. Lay the mat flat where you will use it — on the desk, on the floor, or at the bedside. Keep the mat flat and uncreased.
  5. Touch. Make bare skin contact with the mat — bare feet, bare hands, or bare forearms resting on it. Socks, shoes, and gloves block contact.
  6. Use it while you live your day. Work, read, rest, or sleep with skin on the mat. Move it room to room with the carry pouch and the same cord.
